Called first thing in the morning. Was quoted a time, waited. No one called or showed, called the place almost an hour after they said they'd be here, the lady that answered was rude. Said they'd be there later that day with no time quote. Have a small baby and waited for someone to show up that never did. Called a different AC service and they showed up within 15mins. When I called to cancel my work order he didnt ask why or offered to send someone out here right away, instead when I told he why he didnt ask no questions. I wouldnt waste your time or money, its not worth it. And very unprofessional.
Great family business since 1967. My grandparents and my parents always did business with Fred's since 1967. Mr. Fred, a local firefighter hero, and his wife Mrs. Lou have really been a great service to the surrounding community. I still use tips that Mr. Fred taught my family for taking care of the drains in your kitchen. Now I am third generation doing business with Carl and Cathy and their team. It is so nice to be able to pick up the phone and call for service and know the plumbing and air conditioning work will be done professionally. Nick is very helpful over the phone and prompt with scheduling service. I highly recommend this local business.
